Student Complaints Procedure
Informal Procedures
Before moving to the formal procedures complainants will be required to have attempted to resolve the issue through discussion with the appropriate Course Leader (for academic related complaints) or appropriate staff in the relevant Faculty/Support Department (for non-academic complaints).
Formal ProceduresIf the complaint is not resolved to the satisfaction of the student through the informal procedures or if no resolution has been reached with 15 working days of raising the issue then the student has the right to invoke the formal procedures.
All the complaints should be address to Mr. Martin Harding martin@lincolnsgroup.co.uk
Accommodation
LGC aim to provide students a safe and comfortable accommodation away from home.
Staying in a Homestay is ideal for the English language student, providing the opportunity to speak English outside the classroom and the experience of being part of a British home.
