General Terms and Conditions

ENROLMENT

As Student should be agree to abide by the college rules, to attend classes and pay fees when due. The fees cannot be refunded after the beginning of course(s), unless there are exceptional circumstances.

DEPOSIT POLICY

The following deposit need to be paid before you are enrolled as a student in Lincolns College London. £1000 towards tuition fees (or full amount) and a non refundable application fee of £150

REFUND POLICY

This deposit will be refunded if you are not able to get a visa/entry clearance and you send us a copy of the refusal letter from the British Embassy/consulate. Once the entry clearance/ visa is given the college will not refund the deposit paid and you will be liable to pay the balance of the tuition fee to the college in full.

HOW TO ENROL

1. Fill in this enrolment form with a passport sized photo, a copy of your passport and proof of any qualifications
2. When we receive the enrolment form we will send you an offer letter with your student number and a pro forma invoice
3. You then need to either send the full payment or the deposit payment. Please ensure that if you pay by banker’s draft or by Bank transfer, that you fax us the relevant bank receipt with your name and student number clearly indicated on it.
4. When we receive the deposit payment we will send you an official receipt, the Acceptance letter and any other relevant documents.
5. When you arrive at Lincolns College London you will be registered on the first Monday. If you have only paid the deposit and not the full amount for your course you will need to make arrangement for paying the remaining tuition fees by installments with the finance officer.

Student admission is suspended and report to Director/ Principal/ Academic Manager
Student enrolment will be cancelled after Director/ Principal decision

Summary terms and conditions of enrolment at Lincolns College London

1. A minimum deposit of £1,000 for each course is required at the time of enrolment The College will issue visa support letters (where requested) for enrolment on these courses.
2. Once letters of course confirmation have been issued confirming full-time status, no refunds or course transfers are permissible other than in the instance of Visa refusal.
3. Fees sent from outside the UK should be paid by banker’s draft or bank transfer. Fees paid in person at the College can be by banker’s draft, cash or credit / debit card.
4. A charge of £50 will be made to students for all dishonored payments.
5. All deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other students
6. Course changes and cancellations, subject to Point 2 above, must be received in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the published course registration date.
7. Overseas students whose student visa application has been refused and who do not wish to re-apply for a visa will, on receipt of a written request supported by a copy of the visa refusal letter (APP200), be refunded after 4 weeks.
8. On receipt of the visa refusal letter the college will refund the deposit paid less an administration charge of £50
9. All information on this form is believed to be correct at the time of printing but is subject to change at the discretion of the College. Changes will be displayed on the College notice board and /or on the website.
10. To ensure that the Programmes are managed efficiently and studies supported effectively, some information received from the enrolment form will be used for academic programme management and related administrative purposes.
11. Students must be at least 18 years old to study at LCL. Please see the prospectus for entry qualifications.
12. Fees are published annually. Any change in the course fee will be communicated to students prior to commencement of their course.
13. An examination fee is payable to the relevant examining body for your chosen course. It is the student’s responsibility to pay before the exam entry deadline.
